We begin with fresh whole kernel corn, grown to our specification, and GMO FREE. The corn is slowly cooked and ground on hand-carved volcanic stones that are imported from Mexico and carved by our Master Stone-cutter Senor Arevalo. Next, the MASA (corn dough) is formed into tortillas, which are grilled to perfection under the careful eyes of our bakers. The fresh tortillas are then cut into strips and cooked in healthy 100% non-hydrogenated vegetable oil. No two strips are the same.
